Today’s challenge is to enjoy a little mindfulness break that’s all about you. Whether you’re taking five minutes before the school day or between lessons, here are a few ways to unwind and reconnect:
1️⃣ Make a hot drink and savour it slowly. Notice the warmth, taste and smell as you sip. ☕
2️⃣ Step outside if you can, even if it’s just for a few breaths. Feel the cool autumn air and let it refresh your mind. 🍃
3️⃣ For a mini grounding exercise, imagine the beautiful colours of autumn leaves and visualise that warmth spreading through you, bringing calm and focus. 🍁
