Summer Workshop

This week was moving up morning for my daughter at school and we used all our mindfulness strategies to help when Nervous Nelly came to visit such as our mindful breathing and recognising that our feelings are like clouds in the sky, they are there for a bit and get replaced by something else. We also talked about how sometimes lots of feelings can come to visit at once and that's ok! These are the kind of strategies we talk about at my Creative Mindfulness sessions and w

e have a few places left in my Summer Mindfulness workshop taking place in August. Our summer workshop is great for children (ages 5 to 11) to help them understand their feelings whilst gaining emotional resilience.
* The children have lots of fun and learn by doing playful and creative activities including arts and crafts.
* The course is based on the latest science on Mindfulness and is taught by a qualified and accredited Mindfulness for Children teacher, primary school teacher and mum of 2!
* The 2 hour workshop (held in Fulbourn, Sunday 6th August ) is £20. This includes all craft materials, use of a meditation mat and your child will be bringing lots home to help support them in their mindfulness and wellbeing at home. Booking and full dates and details can be found here
